Application for Basic Law Officer Certification Course	Use this application to apply for the 13-Week Basic Law Enforcement Officer Certification Course. NOTE: Do not submit this application unless a "New Hire -- Law Enforcement Form" has been submitted by your agency. Applications submitted without a prior submittal of the new hire form will result in a rejection of the application. This is Step #2 of the 3-Step Application Process.
Application for Reciprocity (911 Telecommunicator)	Use this application to apply for 911 Telecommunicator reciprocity. To be eligible for reciprocity, individual must have been employed as telecommunicator within the past 2 years. NOTE: Do not submit this application unless a "New Hire -- Telecommunicator Form" has been submitted by your agency. This is Step #2 of the 3-Step Application Process.

Application for Reciprocity (Law Enforcement Officer)	Use this application to apply for law enforcement reciprocity. Must be a currently certified & employed as an officer within the past 2 years. Application for Reserve Law Enforcement Officer	Use this application to apply for Reserve Law Enforcement Officer Certification. You must be employed by a reserve agency to be eligible for certification. NOTE: Do not submit this application unless a "New Hire -- Reserve Officer Form" has been submitted by your agency. Applications submitted without a prior submittal of the new hire form will result in a rejection of the application.
Application for Telecommunicator Certification Course	Use this application to apply for the 2-Week Basic 911 Telecommunicator Certification Course. NOTE: Do not submit this application unless a "New Hire -- Telecommunicator Form" has been submitted by your agency. Applications submitted without a prior submittal of the new hire form will result in a rejection of the application. This is Step #2 of the 3-Step Application Process.
Application for Terminal Operator Course	Use this application to apply for Terminal Operator training & certification. NOTE: If you have not been hired as a Law Enforcement Officer or 911 Telecommunicator, do NOT submit this application unless a "New Hire -- Terminal Operator Form" has been submitted by your agency.
Arrest Notification Form	This form is used for an officer or telecommunicator to disclose any arrest he or she was subject to in accordance with SD Administrative Rule 2:01:11:10 (4) for officers and 2:05:03:09 (4) for telecommunicators. The officer or telecommunicator must disclose the arrest within 10 days from the arrest.
