Full Description: The Command Leadership Institute (CLI) is part two of the three-step leadership series that makes up the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy. The CLI is a dynamic and challenging program uniquely designed to prepare law enforcement leaders for command-level positions. The Command Leadership Institute provides real-life, contemporary, best-practice strategies and techniques for those who are already commanders or are aspiring to a command-level assignment. CLI faculty members are passionate instructors who have executive-level law enforcement and leadership experience.

The following is a list of topics covered in the CLI program:
1)Introduction to Command Leadership
2) Team Building for Effectiveness and Creativity
3) Ethical and Command Decision-Making
4) Command Leadership - Part II,
5) Resilient Leadership
6) Leading the Challenging Employee

There are no prerequisites or minimum requirements for rank or assignment to attend the course.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott adjoining the class venue for $158.00/night, double occupancy. Mention the CLI course for this rate/block. All costs and expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
